Thank you for choosing Impact Promotional Products. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About Us

Impact Promotional Products ("we," "our," or "us") specialises in providing high-quality customised and decorated products, including branded merchandise, event gear, and apparel. We are based in Australia and operate under compliance with the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Orders and Customisation

2.1 Custom Orders
Orders for decorated or customised products are processed based on the approved artwork proof. By approving the artwork proof, you confirm the details of your customisation, including but not limited to logos, text, colours, and placement. Changes to the artwork or order details after approval may not be accommodated.

2.2 Order Processing
Once an order is placed and payment is received, processing begins. Customisation and production timelines vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of order placement but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.


3. Returns and Refunds

3.1 Returns for Undecorated Products
We have a 14-day return policy for undecorated products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at enquiries@impactnational.com.au and sent to our address. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not accepted for decorated or customised products. This includes items with an approved artwork proof. If you have questions about your specific item, contact us.

3.3 Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, notify us immediately at enquiries@impactnational.com.au. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

3.4 Refunds
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary. Contact us if you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; however, the price at the time of order confirmation will apply.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods. Full payment is required before production or dispatch of orders.


5. Warranties and Liability

5.1 Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services comply with the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it as required by law.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.


6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks displayed on our website or provided during customisation remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting artwork or logos for customisation, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them. We are not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from submitted designs.


7. Product Recalls and Compliance

We prioritise customer safety and ensure compliance with product safety standards, including monitoring and acting on product recalls as required. Customers will be notified promptly if any purchased product is affected by a recall.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tasmania.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
